This flood mitigation project, completed by the DPWH - Regional Office IV-B, involved the construction of the Subaan Flood Control System spanning Barangays Calsapa to Bigaan in San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro. The development successfully strengthened the area’s defenses against seasonal flooding, providing enhanced safety and resilience for local communities and critical public infrastructure along the vulnerable waterway.

Completed under the Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office IV-B, this project formed part of the Basic Infrastructure Program aimed at improving connectivity between national roads and strategic public facilities. The Montemayor - Masaguing - Herrera Road in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, was constructed to provide safer and more efficient access for residents and industries, supporting local development and reinforcing transportation networks across the region.

As part of its expansion in Pagbilao, Quezon, San Miguel Foods Inc. completed comprehensive site development works at Barangay Ilayang Palsabangon. This project prepared the site for future operational facilities, delivering a strategically designed and well-prepared foundation that meets industry standards for efficient construction and long-term sustainability.

Commissioned by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - Regional Office IV-A, this project focused on constructing the New Cadet Battalion (NCB) Compound at the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) in Silang, Cavite. The completed compound enhanced the academy’s training infrastructure and offered cadets a secure, functional, and modern space for both academic and tactical development.

Commissioned by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - Regional Office IV-A, this project involved the construction of Academic Building 2 at the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) in Silang, Cavite. Designed as a multi-purpose facility, the building provided a modern and functional academic space to support the training and development of future law enforcement leaders.

This project, awarded by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - National Capital Region, involved the construction of a multi-purpose building serving as living quarters within Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City. The finished facility supported the daily operational needs of its occupants by providing durable and efficient accommodations within one of the country’s key military headquarters.

The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) undertook the construction of a two-hectare sanitary landfill spanning Barangays Zinungan and Repuli in Sta. Ana, Cagayan. This completed site development project provided the region with a sustainable and secure waste management solution, reinforcing CEZA's commitment to responsible environmental stewardship within the economic zone.

Commissioned by the Department of Public Works and Highways - Metro Manila 2nd District Engineering Office, this project involved the construction of a crucial pumping station in Barangay Comembo, Makati City. The finished facility strengthened local flood mitigation measures by improving the area’s water drainage systems, helping safeguard infrastructure and residential communities from the risks of seasonal flooding.

The second phase of the Barangay Rizal Pumping Station project, awarded by the DPWH - Metro Manila 2nd District Engineering Office, advanced Makati City’s flood mitigation initiatives. The completed infrastructure enhanced the capacity and efficiency of the area's water drainage system, providing long-term protection against flooding and supporting the continuity of daily life for residents and businesses in this flood-prone urban zone.

The second phase of the road improvement project in Villaba, Leyte, commissioned by the DPWH Leyte 3rd District Engineering Office, extended concreting works from Sta. 1+500 to Sta. 2+700 along the JNR Tabunok to Iligay Road. The completed project provided continuous, safer, and more durable road access, reducing travel time and contributing to the area’s economic development.
