Part of the Sustainable Infrastructure Projects Alleviating Gaps (SIPAG) program, this road construction initiative aims to enhance direct access from national roads to key public buildings and facilities in Pola, Oriental Mindoro. Commissioned by the Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office IV-B, the Bacawan-Buhay na Tubig-Calima Road project will play a crucial role in improving the area's logistical efficiency, supporting socio-economic development, and enhancing the quality of local infrastructure.

This strategic road construction project, commissioned by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, will establish a direct connector road linking MacArthur Highway to the New Clark City Airport Road in Pampanga. Designed to enhance regional connectivity and streamline access to New Clark City’s growing development hub, the project supports the ongoing transformation of the area into a modern economic and transportation center.

Commissioned by SMC Mass Rail Transit 7 Inc., this project entails the construction of Tandang Sora Station — the fourth station along the MRT-7 line — located on Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. Designed to meet modern urban transit standards, the station will help decongest road traffic while providing efficient and reliable transport access to thousands of commuters as part of Metro Manila’s expanding railway network.

This project, under SMC Mass Rail Transit 7 Inc., involves the construction of Don Antonio Station, the fifth stop along the MRT-7 route. Strategically positioned on Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City, the station is set to ease commuter flow and enhance connectivity for both residential and commercial zones, supporting the broader vision of a more accessible and efficient urban rail system for Metro Manila.

As part of an ongoing infrastructure enhancement within Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, this Phase III project involves the construction of a multi-purpose building intended to serve as modern living quarters for military and civilian personnel. Commissioned by the Department of Public Works and Highways - National Capital Region, this development is designed to promote comfort, security, and well-being for those who serve at the Armed Forces’ central command hub in Quezon City.

As part of the Department of Public Works and Highways’ TIKAS program, this project focuses on the construction of modern quarters and barracks for the 203rd Brigade of the Philippine Army in Barangay Pag-Asa, Bansud, Oriental Mindoro. The development enhances the living conditions of military personnel and strengthens infrastructure that supports national peace and security initiatives in the region.

Also part of the TIKAS infrastructure program, this project involves the construction of quarters and barracks for military personnel stationed at the 203rd Brigade, Philippine Army in Barangay Cambunang, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro. The development ensures the provision of secure, comfortable accommodations that are essential to sustaining troop welfare and mission readiness.

This project, under the TIKAS program, is dedicated to constructing new quarters and barracks for the Alpha and Charlie Companies of the 41B Philippine Army, located at Sitio Hagines in Barangay Wasig, Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro. The initiative strengthens both national defense infrastructure and disaster resilience, providing soldiers with safe and stable housing while supporting the protection of local communities against environmental and security threats.

This infrastructure project, commissioned by the Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office IV-B, focuses on the construction of a vital interjurisdictional road that links multiple local government units (LGUs) across Pinamalayan and Pola in Oriental Mindoro. The Ranzo-Bacawan-Buhay na Tubig-Calima Road will improve mobility for communities and businesses, bolstering local economies and reducing travel time through this important provincial corridor.
