Founded in 2015, Rhodium 688 Builders Inc. (RBI) began as a residential building contractor with a clear commitment to quality and innovation.
Over the years, the company has strategically evolved into a dynamic player in the industrial and infrastructure sectors, responding to the growing demand for efficient, safety-oriented, and well-capitalized medium-scale contractors in the Philippines.
By late 2017, RBI had significantly expanded its operational capacity through investments in brand-new construction equipment and the recruitment of highly skilled technical personnel. To support its growth and larger project undertakings, the company bolstered its capital base through retained earnings and additional equity contributions from shareholders, while also establishing clean, unsecured credit lines with reputable commercial banks.

Princess Angelica N. Consing is a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving business transformation and operational excellence. As President and CEO of Rhodium 688 Builders Inc., as well as other companies in diverse sectors, she brings a wealth of experience across banking, manufacturing, telecommunications, and more.
Her strategic foresight has guided RBI’s evolution into a competitive force in construction. In addition to her corporate roles, she is the CEO of Agua Brazilian Swimwear and a passionate advocate for wellness through Rhodium Regenerative Center Inc., exemplifying her holistic approach to leadership and life.
Chief Operations Officer
Manuel C. Dugan Jr.
With a solid background in finance and business development, Manuel C. Dugan Jr. brings both strategic and operational insight to RBI. A graduate of San Beda College, he began his career at China Banking Corporation and later helped expand his family’s feed mill machinery business.
Over the past decade, he has founded and managed successful ventures in trading, advertising, and franchising. His multifaceted expertise supports RBI’s continued business growth and operational stability.

Architect Geefy P. Evangelista brings over 20 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and sustainable building solutions. A Mapúa Institute of Technology alumnus, he has worked internationally with Danish firm Gemaco Interiors in Dubai, specializing in LEED-certified and energy-efficient designs.
