Procurement of Fully Developed Lots and Completed Housing Units in Leyte

The Department of Public Works and Highways completed the rehabilitation of roads along Basilio Street in Barangay Acasia, Malabon City. This road construction project was part of ongoing efforts to improve the structural integrity and surface quality of local roadways, ensuring safer, more efficient transportation for residents and daily commuters.

Undertaken for the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - National Capital Region, this project covered the construction of a multi-purpose building along with comprehensive site development within Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City. The completed development enhanced the camp’s facilities for both administrative and operational functions, strengthening the infrastructure of one of Metro Manila’s key public security compounds.

The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) completed the design and construction of a modern interior fit-out for its office in Mandaluyong City.
