Our Projects

This urban mobility project, led by the DPWH - Office of the Regional Director, NCR, established a safe and interconnected bike lane network stretching from Radial Road 1 (Roxas Boulevard) to Radial Road 7 (Commonwealth Avenue). The completed bike lanes promoted eco-friendly and active commuting across Metro Manila, improving road safety and encouraging healthier, more sustainable urban lifestyles.

San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. entrusted this project to Rhodium 688 Builders Inc., which completed the site development works for the state-of-the-art Multi-Temperature Warehouse in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The completed facility laid the foundation for an advanced logistics hub designed to meet modern storage and distribution needs, reinforcing SMILSI’s supply chain capabilities and supporting economic growth in the region.

As part of the DPWH’s Asset Preservation Program, this project focused on the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and upgrading of damaged paved sections along G. Araneta Avenue in Quezon City. The completed work extended the road’s service life and improved travel safety, ensuring smoother connectivity for motorists while preserving the integrity of one of the city’s essential secondary roadways.

Rhodium 688 Builders Inc. successfully completed the rehabilitation of the Purefoods Dry House facility in Barangay San Roque, Marikina City. Commissioned by San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc., this industrial project involved the restoration and enhancement of critical infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and extended operational life. The upgraded facility supports efficient food processing and storage operations, aligning with SMILSI’s commitment to quality and operational excellence within its logistics network.
