Ongoing Projects

Under the TIKAS program, this project aims to construct state-of-the-art training facilities for the 203rd Brigade of the Philippine Army in Barangay Cambunang, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro. These new facilities are designed to support operational readiness and the professional development of soldiers, contributing to the brigade’s capability to safeguard regional stability and security.

Commissioned by LBP Leasing and Finance Corporation, this project involves the demolition of an existing six-story office structure and the subsequent design and construction of a modern thirteen-story office building with a roof deck at the strategic corner of Roxas Boulevard and San Luis Street, Pasay City. The project reflects a commitment to urban renewal and functional design, providing upgraded workspaces that meet the evolving needs of businesses in one of Metro Manila’s key commercial corridors.

This comprehensive flood mitigation effort, under the stewardship of the Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office IV-B, covers multiple sites across Oriental Mindoro. The project involves the critical repair and rehabilitation of river control structures along the Mag-Asawang Tubig River (Alcate and San Carlos Sections) and the Bucayao Silonay River (Masagana Section), all designed to safeguard lives, properties, and vital infrastructure from the destructive impacts of seasonal floods.

The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office IV-B’s Cluster 2 rehabilitation project focuses on fortifying coastal defenses in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro. By repairing, rehabilitating, and reconstructing seawall structures in both Melgar A and Melgar B, this project enhances protection for local communities and ecosystems against coastal erosion and extreme weather events, contributing to long-term disaster resilience.

Tasked by the Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office IV-B, this flood mitigation project focuses on the repair, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of the Malalay River Control Structure in Baco, Oriental Mindoro. The project aims to strengthen the area's resilience against flooding, protecting nearby communities, agricultural zones, and infrastructure from recurring water-related risks.
